The Application is intended for a general audience and is designed for users aged 13 and older. The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through its own systems.

Where a higher minimum age applies under local law, the applicable local requirements will apply.

The Service Provider does not require users to create an account or register with the Service Provider.

The Application uses third-party services, including Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics, which may automatically collect and process certain information from your device.

The Application may send analytics and gameplay events to Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the Application, measure application usage and performance, and improve the Application.

Firebase Analytics data may be exported to Google BigQuery, a cloud data analysis service provided by Google Cloud, for analysis and reporting by the Service Provider. The Service Provider may access and analyze this exported analytics data within its Google Cloud/BigQuery project.

The Service Provider does not intentionally collect directly identifying information such as your name, email address, telephone number, or postal address through the Application unless explicitly described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may export copies of analytics and diagnostic data from Google services, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, to private backup storage operated or controlled by the Service Provider for backup, archival, and analysis purposes.

The Application uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements.

Depending on your device, location, consent choices, and applicable settings, Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information, including:

• IP address
• Advertising or device identifiers applicable to the user's platform, such as the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, or identifiers available on iOS
• Device type, operating system, and technical information
• User interactions with the Application, such as app launches, taps, and video views
• Diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, hang information, and energy usage
• Advertising-related information, such as information about advertisements displayed or interacted with

Google may use this information for purposes including providing and measuring advertising, improving advertising services, detecting fraud and abuse, and maintaining service security.

The Service Provider does not directly control the information collected and processed by Google through Google AdMob. For certain processing activities, Google may act as an independent data controller and determine its own purposes and legal bases. Google's processing is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and terms. You can learn more by reviewing Google's advertising privacy information.

The Application uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google, to understand how users interact with the Application and to measure application usage and performance.

Firebase Analytics may automatically collect information such as app interactions and events, device and technical information, app instance or device identifiers, diagnostic information, and approximate geographic information.

When Google Signals is enabled, Google may associate Analytics data with information from signed-in Google users who have consented to such processing. This may support aggregated demographic and interest reporting, where available.

The Application may also send custom gameplay events, such as level completion and gameplay actions, to Firebase Analytics. This information may be used to provide analytics, measure usage, generate reports, and support advertising and marketing measurement where applicable.

Firebase Analytics data may be exported to Google BigQuery, a cloud data analysis service provided by Google Cloud, for analysis and reporting by the Service Provider. The Service Provider may access and analyze this exported analytics data within its Google Cloud/BigQuery project. The exported data may include analytics events and associated information collected by Firebase Analytics, depending on the Application's configuration.

The Service Provider does not directly control the information collected and processed by Google through Google Analytics for Firebase. For certain processing activities, Google may act as an independent data controller and determine its own purposes and legal bases. Google's processing is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and terms. You can learn more by reviewing Google's Firebase privacy information.

The Application uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to detect, report, and diagnose application crashes and stability issues.

Crashlytics may collect information such as crash stack traces, application state, device and operating system information, application version, and identifiers associated with the application installation.

This information is used to diagnose crashes, understand application stability, and improve the Application.

The Service Provider does not directly control the information collected and processed by Google through Firebase Crashlytics. For certain processing activities, Google may act as an independent data controller and determine its own purposes and legal bases. Google's processing is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and terms. You can learn more by reviewing Google's Firebase privacy information.

The Application uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain and manage privacy choices where required by applicable law.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland, the Application uses the UMP SDK to present applicable consent choices for advertising and related processing.

Where consent is required, the Application will request consent before enabling processing that requires such consent. Your choices may affect whether personalized advertising or other advertising-related processing is available.

Where applicable, the UMP SDK communicates consent choices to Google's Consent Mode, including Firebase Analytics, so that analytics and advertising-related processing can be handled according to the applicable consent choice.

On iOS, the Application may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing certain tracking activities. If permission is requested, you can allow or deny it. Your choice may affect the availability or personalization of advertising. You can change this permission later through your device's privacy settings.

Where the Application provides consent choices, you can review or change your choices through:

Opening this option will allow you to review and update the available privacy choices.

Where processing is based on consent, withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

Where the GDPR applies, the Service Provider relies on an appropriate legal basis for processing that it directly controls, depending on the circumstances. This may include:

• Consent: where you have provided consent for processing that requires consent.
• Legitimate interests: where processing is necessary for legitimate interests of the Service Provider, such as maintaining the security and operation of the Application, provided that those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

For Google's processing through Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, UMP, and Google Cloud services, Google may determine its own applicable purposes and legal bases in accordance with its privacy documentation and applicable law.

Where analytics and diagnostic data is exported to BigQuery and processed under the Service Provider's control, the Service Provider relies on an appropriate legal basis where required by applicable law.

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device. Google AdMob may use an IP address to estimate the general location of a device as part of its services.

The Service Provider does not sell or rent personal information collected through the Application. The Application does not require users to create an account or provide directly identifying information such as their name, email address, telephone number, or postal address.

Third-party services integrated into the Application, including Google AdMob, UMP, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics, may collect and process information as described in their applicable privacy documentation. Analytics and diagnostic data may be exported to Google BigQuery, a Google Cloud service, where it may be stored and analyzed by the Service Provider for analytics, reporting, gameplay analysis, application improvement, and related operational purposes.

The Service Provider may also disclose information under its direct control when required by law, to comply with lawful government requests, to protect its legal rights or the safety of users or others, or to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

Third-party services such as Google, including Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Cloud/BigQuery, may process or store information in countries outside your country of residence, including countries outside the EEA.

Where the GDPR applies to processing under the Service Provider's responsibility, international transfers will use an appropriate transfer mechanism under GDPR Chapter V, where required. Such mechanisms may include an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or another legally recognized safeguard.

You can manage certain advertising preferences through the privacy and advertising controls available on your device. Depending on your device, operating system, and applicable settings, these controls may allow you to reset or delete advertising identifiers or manage advertising personalization.

Uninstalling the Application prevents the Application and its integrated SDKs from collecting information through the Application. Uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete information that may already have been processed, exported to Google BigQuery, or retained by third-party service providers.

The Service Provider may retain analytics and diagnostic data exported to Google BigQuery and copies stored in private backup storage operated or controlled by the Service Provider for as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, reporting, application improvement, security, backup, archival, and other legitimate purposes, or as required by applicable law.

The retention period for BigQuery data may vary depending on the type of analytics or diagnostic data and the Service Provider's operational requirements. The Service Provider may delete or aggregate analytics and diagnostic data when it is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Information processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics may be retained according to their applicable privacy policies and retention practices.

Where the GDPR applies, you may have the following rights, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions:

• Right of Access: You may request access to personal data held about you by the Service Provider.
• Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider.
• Right to Restrict Processing: You may request restriction of certain processing.
• Right to Data Portability: Where applicable, you may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: You may object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Because the Service Provider does not maintain a user account system and does not intentionally collect directly identifying information through the Application, some information processed by third-party services may need to be managed directly with those services. Analytics and diagnostic data exported to Google BigQuery may be subject to the Service Provider's applicable access, deletion, and retention practices.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority in accordance with applicable law.

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information under its direct control, including analytics and diagnostic data stored or analyzed through its Google Cloud/BigQuery project and private backup storage operated or controlled by the Service Provider.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.

The Service Provider does not sell personal information collected through the Application. Analytics and diagnostic information may be processed through Google services, may be exported to Google BigQuery for analysis, and copies may be stored in private backup storage operated or controlled by the Service Provider for backup, archival, and analysis purposes, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Advertising-related processing by Google AdMob may be subject to Google's own privacy practices and applicable California privacy requirements.

This game is provided on an "as is" basis for personal entertainment purposes only. By downloading, installing, or playing the Application, you agree to these Terms of Service. The developer is not responsible for any device issues, data loss, or performance interruptions that may occur while using the Application. You also agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, decompile, or redistribute the Application or any of its files or assets without the developer's explicit permission.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be published with a new "Last updated" date.
